Meet the Chef

Behind Emirati Kitchen is Hussam Al Nowais, or simply Bu Rayyan. As both host and chef, he welcomes guests into his home and prepares every dish himself, sharing the flavors, stories, and traditions that define Emirati hospitality in Abu Dhabi.
