Who Is Bu Rayyan?
Behind Emirati Kitchen is Hussam Al Nowais, known to many as Bu Rayyan. After a long career in leadership roles in Abu Dhabi, he chose to dedicate his time to his greatest passion: cooking and sharing Emirati food. As both host and chef, he personally prepares every dish, blending spices by hand and welcoming guests with warmth. For him, every gathering is an opportunity to showcase the UAE’s traditions and hospitality.
